Are you an experienced Class 2 HGV driver looking for new opportunities? Gedz at Pertemps Slough has multiple openings with our clients.
Job Role: Class 2 HGV Driver
Locations: Slough
Agency: Pertemps

Job Type & Working Hours: Full time Monday to Friday, weekends shifts available
Duration: Temp, Temp to Perm options available 
Requirements:

• HGV Licence: Held for a minimum of 2 years, with at least 180 days of driving experience in a Class 2 vehicle within the past year. (For some roles 6 months Licence held, with 60 days of driving on your Tacho will be accepted)
• Cards: Valid CPC & Tachograph 
• References: 5 years of solid references, any breaks from work over 28 days will need to be referenced
• DBS: Part of the vetting processes is to be DBS clear

Roles will consists of various types of work that will include:

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries in a timely and safe manner.
• Drive the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law.
• Drive within the tachograph law and driver hours limits.
• Look after the vehicle and ensure that it is not subjected to unnecessary damage.
• Adhere to compliance, safety checks & paperwork
