Hours- Full time, Monday- Friday (37.5 hours)
Location Warrington (3 days minimum on site/ 2 days from home)
Russell Taylor has a great opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator to join our clients' growing team, working for a global testing and certification company. This is the perfect chance for individuals to develop their Admin career within a global business.
This is a rolling temporary contract, month by month.
Responsibilities:
-Input of data into the laboratory information management system (LIMS)
-Review data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
-Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
-Scan documents and print files when needed.
-Keep information confidential
-Learning their operational systems and any other tasks assigned
-Ensure that rules and regulations are being followed
-Gain Certification knowledge
The person:
-Attention to detail
-Proven Data Entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
-Experience with MS Office
-Familiarity with administrative duties
-Experience using office equipment
-Typing speed and accuracy
-Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
-Confidentiality
-Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
