Professional Indemnity Construction Associate/ Senior Associate

Our Top international client is renowned for their dominance in the Insurance sector and are now looking to recruit a Professional IndemnityAssociate/ Senior Associate to join their top directory ranked Insurance Litigation team in Bristol.
Your new role
You will be joining a highly regarded team that provides the full spectrum of litigation support to household name clients in the insurance sector.
As an Insurance Litigation lawyer, you will have the opportunity to handle a mix of professional negligence claims, with a focus on claims against surveyors and valuers and other construction and property sector advisors, both pre-litigated and litigated.
You will be acting as first point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis, providing them with commercially focused legal advice. You will be responsible for handling a varied workload in accordance with client protocols and with an appropriate level of supervision. For more experienced litigators, you will have the opportunity, should you want it, of supervising juniors in the team or developing and managing key client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced litigation lawyer with an excellent track record of litigation experience. This may be in the realm of Professional Indemnity, however broader Commercial Litigation and Civil Litigation experience will also be considered, with a keen interest in this sector. You will possess excellent relationship and client handling skills. You will also be able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day-to-day issues. You will enjoy being a key team player by supporting more junior members of the team.
