Overview

An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Administrator/Coordinator to join a well-established and well-respected organisation in the Richmond area. The successful candidate will be working in house in a role focused on administration and student support related to an online MSc Programme. This will involve liaising regularly with current and potential students, providing them with information often relating to fees or term dates etc. and dealing with general queries. Part-time applicants are particularly welcome, with either a pattern of 3 or 4 days per week, or if preferred 5 days to fit in between school hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and advice to UK and international students

  • Dealing with a range of general enquiries

  • Liaising with Professors / Lecturers via Moodle

  • Organising training calendars and booking courses

Requirements:

  • Graduate calibre

  • Previous experience working in administration within Higher Education is a strong preference

  • Solid coordination background

  • Highly organised and excellent communicator, both written and verbal

  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft365 applications (Office, Teams, Outlook)

  • Happy to work on-site in Richmond area
