This Account Manager role will work with Sales and Production teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality. The role starts with understanding the customers’ requirements and working with the customer from the cost of the project through to the final delivery. The Account Management team are supported internally by an excellent production team who all work to deliver projects that meet the customers’ expectations. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
• Data entry via MIS (Estimating and Job Booking)
• Project Management

Qualifications

• At least 1 – 3 years of Print Account management experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
• Experience with MIS would be preferable
