About the role:
As the Program Finance Analyst you will be working with a small, dedicated finance team, you will be responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of the budget for large and/or complex programmes. You will perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and applicable cost control guidelines. You will also prepare and monitor funding plans labour and subcontract, material ODC forecast plans

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Baseline development and maintenance, performance management and estimate at complete development and analysis
- Implement, monitor, report and analyse program budget and / or schedule
- Perform earned value management including implementation, maintenance, reporting and analysis
- Organise cost and / or schedule date for monthly program reviews
- Prepare and monitor funding plans labour and subcontract / material / ODC forecast plans
- Complete analyse date for monthly forecast review including orders, sales, operating income and cash
- Prepare ETC / EAC estimates from program staff input
- Participate in presentations and group discussions at internal and external financial / schedule meetings
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the organisation to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with earned value management
- Advance MS Office Suite skills include excel modelling
