As a Program Manager for the Global Procurement Operations Reusables Team, you will be responsible for helping develop the strategic vision for providing support of key Non-Inventory processes to our global internal customers across Global Customer Fulfillment (GCF) and beyond. You will work with our team to define program requirements and to document standard work supporting a remote support model.
You will be the primary touchpoint for a global effort - focusing on the EU / UK - to assure resilience for our reusables supply chain. Your primary focus will be on the secondary effects of actions that impact the reusables circular ecosystem and include the maintenance cycle, vendor management, and an understanding of contract management.
Key job responsibilities
o Work with remote partners across global stakeholders to understand current processes for the support of reusable goods and services.
o Help to develop and document a strategy to ensure continuity of supply of goods and services within the network.
o Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to show performance and proactively identify risk in the supply of key Non-Inventory supplies.
o Track the progress of onboarding new customer groups.
o Work with the Senior Program Manager to lead projects from initial development to implementation that will streamline processes to drive operational improvements
o Create quality analyses on a day-to-day basis
o Create buy-in for the vision with key internal partners

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
