Programmatic Junior Manager

£37-47k (depending on experience) +10% Bonus

London/hybrid (office 3 days per week)

My performance marketing client are looking for a talented and experienced Programmatic Manager to join them. You will be working on some of the biggest accounts, so this is an exciting opportunity to flex your programmatic advertising know-how and oversee the implementation state-of-the-art digital strategies alongside experts in Social, Search, Affiliate, and SEO. You will need to be awesome at designing and executing innovative programmatic campaigns, with strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

? Design, manage, and execute large-scale programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms.

? Own programmatic campaign strategy, collaborating with the client services team and vendors to design innovative campaigns across multiple programmatic DSPs.

? Present effectively at client meetings.

? Collect & analyse data and identify trends & insights to maximize performance efficiency.

You’re the right person for the role if you have:

? 3+ years of programmatic advertising experience (agency experience preferable).

? Proven track record of success in meeting programmatic campaign KPIs.

? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.

? Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging or Google Analytics).
