Programme and Operations Manager

Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Centre for Academic English and be part of a dynamic, forward-looking team who believe in, and are committed to, delivering the highest quality of academic language and literacy provision to support the research and teaching of STEMM subjects at Imperial. We work with all Imperial College London academics, researchers and students to ensure their work is communicated more powerfully and effectively. Duties and responsibilities You will lead on all administrative processes and support the Director and Deputy Director in implementing key operations for the Centre as well as assist with our strategic planning. The Centre for Academic English forms part of the Academic Services Directorate whom we collaborate with to deliver on the Academic Services Strategy as well as the College’s new Institutional Strategy.  Essential requirements The Centre Programme and Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the CfAE, ensuring we reach our goals through effective and productive coordination and management of our operations. You will be a highly motivated, pro-active self-starter with the ability and agility to work as part of a team, delivering creative solutions for operational improvement and excellence.
