Opportunity Overview The School of Arts, Media and Creative Technologies has a new opportunity available for an ambitious Programme Assistant, to assist the Programme Administrator in ensuring that all administrative functions underpinning programme administration processes are appropriately implemented and managed in line with University processes. Key Responsibilities Supporting the effective delivery of Programmes by ensuring accurate completion and maintenance of core Programme Administration processes. Working in the Programmes Administration team and alongside academics in Directorate teams the role holder will be expected to demonstrate a high level of initiative, excellent attention to detail and good customer service skills and be creative, flexible, and collaborative.
