Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate Trust’s education and community programmes across the UK to help vulnerable young people.
Working in the dynamic Programme Team, you will have the opportunity to coordinate programmes for young people in schools and with our community partners, including Sanctuary Housing. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a successful programme, including working closely with our Athlete Mentors to develop schedules and ensuring young people’s views and feedback are captured. The role would suit someone who is passionate about young people, is brilliant at building and maintaining relationships and, who thrives at coordinating multiple activities at the same time.
In the role you will get to work with amazing people including young people, teachers, funders, and work closely with our world class Athlete Mentor team.
Ideally the post holder will have experience of coordinating projects and or working with young people.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting Athlete Mentors to deliver positive outcomes for young people through coordinating programmes from start to finish, proactively dealing with any challenges, and ensuring all contract requirements are met
- Building and maintaining relationships with community partners, teachers and Athlete Mentors
- Overseeing budgets to ensure programmes are delivered on budget
- Supporting with recruitment of young people and scheduling delivery dates
- Supporting with coordination of corporate employee volunteering
- Ensuring programme data is captured and recorded in a consistent and timely manner
- Working closely with Trust & Grants Manager, Insights & Impact Manager and Communications Coordinator to ensure relevant information is captured to support funder reports and requirements; future bid writing and Trust communications
- Providing regular progress reports to the Trust team to support internal and external impact and progress reports
- Working within the Trust’s project management model
- Ensuring data is handled in accordance with the Trust GDPR policy

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 21.75 per week
