About the job:
We are now looking to appoint Programme Manager who will lead end-to-end project and programme management and the implementation of robust processes to deliver requirements.
Your profile
The role will report into the Associate Director of Programmes and will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end product, project, programme management and direct delivery, lead performance management of subcontractors by setting and monitoring targets, and build effective and productive working relationships with funders, sector bodies and subcontractors.

- Be educated to degree level or equivalent
- Be highly organized with excellent organisational planning managing multiple priorities and projects with high quality delivery on time and on budget, highly self-motivated and pro-active
- Be solution orientated – problem solver, flexible, adaptable & resilient
- Have strong communication skills – working with wide range of internal and external stakeholders, building and maintain networks and excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Have strong IT skills, Microsoft Office
- Have strong Data literacy – excel, data manipulation, analysis and interpretation of data, principles of good data management/cleaning, experienced in reaching decisions and judgements based on sound evidence base

Salary – £41,000 - £46,000
