Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a tech and media giant who are recruiting for an IT Programme Manager based in the heart of Central London. On an initial 12 month contract basis, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor all third-party outreach outreach activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Ensure that all interactions with external partners are captured and recorded appropriately in the tracking system.
- Prepare detailed reports for the European Commission, ensuring all outreach activities are documented to meet regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and business development teams, to gather relevant data and ensure alignment with compliance standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve tracking and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of tracking systems and compliance requirements.
- Identify potential compliance risks related to 3P outreach and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management, compliance, or a related field within the tech industry.
- Proficiency in data management systems, CRM software, and compliance tracking tools. Strong understanding of European Commission compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
