SalaryOur client, a global organisation is currently recruiting for a Programme Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This individual will take a crucial role in leading and delivery of multiple key projects through full lifecycle.
Key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Take ownership for managing the current and upcoming projects while prioritising projects when appropriate.
- Oversee multiple project finances concurrently and work closely with the finance team for continual monthly project reviews against allocated budgets.
- Continually review engineering resources and allocate across projects when appropriate.
- Work closely with key stakeholders within the business.
- Manage direct reports and oversee wider teams.
- Ensure key KPI’s and deliverables are delivered upon.
- Continually identify and monitor any risks and ensure full project compliance.
The successful candidate will have:
- Vast experience working as a Programme / Senior Project Manager within a technical background.
- Proven experience working with software and electronic hardware projects.
- Experience working with Engineering teams.
- STEM Degree Bsc / BEng / HND qualification
- Experienced managing multiple projects at any given time through full lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile, Lean and EVM methods.
- Exceptional communicational and organisational skills.
- Proven experience managing and getting the best out of teams.
