The role of Team ManagerHousing Programmes is part of the Adult Social Care Prevention and Early Intervention Service which provides a ‘One stop shop’ approach for clients which looks at both their ability to carry out activities of daily living and their physical home environment. The service enables people to live independently at home, safely and warmly for as long as possible.
