Interim Hr Programme Manager Ukg Implementation

Protiviti the global management consulting firm are seeking an Interim Programme Manager to support one of their global travel clients on a global rollout and implementation of UKG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global implementation of the UKG HR system across multiple regions and offices.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive programme plan, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and maintain effective communication with all relevant parties.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on programme progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure the project aligns with business objectives and enhances overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager, specifically in rolling out UKG.
• Expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software is ESSENTIAL.
• Experience leading global programmes end to end.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex programmes.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
