We are in search of a dynamic Programme Manager based in Reading to join our team. In this role, you will assume a pivotal "technical account management" position, acting as the bridge between our clients and TIS. The successful candidate will demonstrate robust organizational and financial project leadership, ensuring meticulous planning, adherence to process steps, and the availability of both capacity and competencies essential for the successful delivery of programmes within challenging budgetary and timing constraints. Collaborating with project managers, delivery managers, and support personnel is a critical aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the central point of accountability for client satisfaction, handling escalations as necessary, and overseeing the creation, updating, and management of the programme plan.
* Plan, forecast, validate, and update project milestones to ensure alignment with the overall business plan.
* Take responsibility for the financial success management of programmes, including client-expected revenue and costs/effort, ultimately contributing to profitability.
* Be accountable, through the delivery team, for the end-to-end lifecycle of a client site, from accepting a design request to planning, building, and ensuring a high-quality finish/acceptance.
* Manage the existence and development of required team competencies and conditions for success.
* Ensure timely and accurate administration of purchase orders, cost control, and the claiming of relevant milestones with appropriate evidence to facilitate invoicing.
* Manage client escalations and reporting, ensuring proactive communication and consultation with the customer.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Solid background in wireless build projects.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in people management.
