Programme Manager
- Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid, Fixed Term Contract (10-12 months)
- Location: Flexible with Monday and Friday mornings critical
- Salary: £40k - £50k
We are seeking a Programme Manager to play a pivotal role in the operational and experiential success of our Leadership Development Programmes. This position requires a proactive individual with a solution-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Day to Day of the role:
- Lead on event logistics and programming, ensuring all aspects of the programme run smoothly.
- Manage project-related administrative duties, including seamless scheduling, coordination, and communication.
- Circulate timely meeting notes with clear actions and decisions to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate on project planning, ensuring deadlines and milestones align with the overall schedule, adapting as things evolve and change.
- Prepare psychometrics, launch and synthesise reports for participants’ 180 feedback and programme feedback.
- Maintain a strong sense of community and good humour within the team, while working on independent projects that require collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Relationship Management.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Demonstrated Proactivity & Initiative, with a positive and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent Organisation & Logistics skills to coordinate events and schedules effectively.
- Technical Literacy, comfortable with using various software and platforms for project management and communication.
