Programme Manager / Change & Transformation Manager - Dynamics 365 Implementation / Workstream lead (Organisational Change Management focus)
Our client, a FTSE100 manufacturing powerhouse undergoing a significant Dynamics 365 implementation, is seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Manager / Programme Manager to spearhead the business transformation workstream with a primary focus on Organisational Change Management (OCM). This exciting opportunity involves navigating the complexities of a global and dispersed organisation, with a key emphasis on building capability within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
The successful Programme Manager / Change & Transformation Manager will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive network roadmaps, impact assessments, and change roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the overall Dynamics 365 implementation goals.
- Facilitate the effective coordination of change management activities across various workstreams within the programme.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess and understand the impact of change initiatives on different parts of the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teams across the global organisation to ensure successful adoption of the changes.
- Leverage your expertise in Organisational Change Management (OCM) to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the business.
Skills and experience:
The successful Programme Manager / Change & Transformation Manager will have:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager or Programme Manager with a strong focus on Organisational Change Management and leading business transformation workstreams.
- Ability to organise workstreams effectively, emphasising building organisational capability.
- Experience in implementing change in global, dispersed organisations.
- Experience implementing large scale transformation workstreams (Dynamics 365 / D365)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable track record of successful change management in large-scale projects.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Bringing the business along the journey.
- Familiarity with MSP framework (Managing Successful Programmes) is highly desirable.
- Previous exposure to the Facilities Management, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
