This role is initially until July 2024 but could extend.

Between £50,952 to £57,349 depending on experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Client Internal Project Manager will act as part of the Trust Capital Delivery team, based within the Estates & Facilities Department, taking responsibility on behalf of the Trust to deliver capital project schemes. Responsible for end to end delivery of allocated schemes, in accordance with approved business cases.
Acting in the capacity of Client Internal PM, provide high quality client focused project and programme management skills to ensure effective and efficient delivery of complex projects within live operational environments; ensuring schemes are accurately established, briefed, designed, developed, delivered and governed within strict budgetary and programme constraints, fully satisfying Trust requirements.
Effectively identify and take ‘ownership’ in regard to stakeholder engagement on your allocated schemes; proactively and effectively engaging with key stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the life of the project; ensuring project brief satisfies objective(s); assist in the development of business case and investment appraisals; identify suitable procurement strategies; appoint, lead and motivate internal and external (consultant and works contractor) project teams and be able to effectively communicate and engage within senior forums on behalf of the Estates & Facilities Directorate.
Maintaining best practice processes and protocols and Trust policy, providing professional advice to a high quality standard, reflecting industry best practice.
Professionally and proactively engage, both within and outside of the Trust, key third party stakeholders; including adjacent land owners, third parties that the project may impact on, statutory bodies, local press organisations; ensuring coordination and communication is achieved as required. Operate in a manner that encourages mutual trust and cooperation within a ‘partnering’ culture, ensuring you represent the Trust in a professional manner at all times.
Deliver the project(s) in accordance with Trust Financial Regs/guidelines including production and issue of all purchase orders associated with your project. In accordance with Trust Policy and procedure.
Coordinate with permanent internal capital staff, in-line with financial rules, to obtain final approvals prior to appointment.
