Key Responsibilities of a Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager
- Manage the project timeline developing and implementing comprehensive plans out lining goals and deliverables.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status updates to report to the customers and stakeholders.
- Manage budget and report to the budget sponsor weekly with updates, allocating resources to ensure project tasks are within budget.
- Lead and motivate project teams providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and communicate changes and variations to the project schedule and objectives.
- Resolve project issues and resource constraints.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering and Project Management Training / Qualifications.
- Have more than 5 years experience in an engineering environment delivering multiple complex project (hardware & Software)
- In depth knowledge of project management and methodologies.
- Have a solid understanding of full Project Life Cycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Create develop project management and roll out engineering processes.
- Results driven to exceed project goals.
- Support the Head of Engineering when required.
- Strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and commitment to deliver high quality projects.
