Imagine leading cross-functional/regional teams, orchestrating people initiatives, and making a real difference in people’s lives. As a Programme Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our ambitious people plans, helping the P&O function to manage the organisations portfolio of work to deliver our business strategy.
You will be responsible for supporting and project managing the people elements of Specsavers 2030 long-term framework which will involve large-scale multi-regional or cross functional activity. So having managed end-to-end large-scale programmes in the past will improve your suitability for this job.
Your fingerprints will be on every milestone, every breakthrough. You’ll be the catalyst for positive change, leaving a lasting legacy.
You will work with our team of HR Business Partners and our P&O leadership team and you will have a key role to support every P&O programme which influences how we lead at Specsavers and the people experience. Truly creating a place where people are proud to belong.
