Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on the most appropriate method(s) of programme delay analysis.
- Undertaking various forms of programme delay analysis.
- Advising clients on related aspects of Dispute Resolution and Claims Management.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely advice is provided.
- Detailed knowledge of construction contracts and related commercial matters.
- Detailed knowledge of programme requirements related to contract, particularly JCT and NEC requirements.

The Person
- Experienced in programme planning and forensic programme analysis within the construction or engineering sector.
- Interest in Dispute Resolution and construction claims.
- Flexible, creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Proficient in construction programme software like MS Project, Asta or Primavera.
- A degree in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, or related field is preferred, though relevant experience is also valued.
