Job description

Calex UK are seeking to recruit a Project Manager/Process Improvement Analyst. This position requires a blend of project management expertise, problem solving skills and data analysis skills. The successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to influence and direct staff they don't have line responsibility for. They will have a track record in driving projects to a successful conclusion fostering collaboration, and energizing team members.

Responsibilities include:

Project Management:

Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverable
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

Problem Solving:
Identify and address challenges, leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills in order to develop effective action plans
Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on analysis findings

Data Analysis:
Use data to support decision-making
Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively
Develop and maintain dashboards, and reports to enhance project insights

Team Energizer:
Motivate and inspire project teams without direct line management responsibility
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging innovation and creativity
Effectively communicate project goals, priorities, and achievements to boost team morale
Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset

Skills & Experience Required
Academic or professional qualification in project management including familiarity with Agile and Scrum
Proven experience in project management with a successful track record of project delivery
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
Familiarity with business improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma

Salary & Benefits

Circa £60,000 dependant on experience, 26 Days Annual Leave, Calex Employee Benefits Package (Inc Private GP and Healthcare Services, High Street Discounts, Discounted Gym Memberships and on Demand 24 Hour Wellbeing Service (Counselling and Advice).
