Based: South West (Remote)

Duration: 6 months

Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation in the South-West, who are seeking a Programme Onboarding Manager to act as a primary point of signposting and navigation for suppliers across several interrelated national digital programmes underpinning the NHS App rollout.

Responsibilities include

• Create and maintain effective relationships with suppliers seeking to enter the programme
• Support PEP suppliers in achieving compliance with the required standards in a timely and efficient manner
• Inform ongoing improvements to the onboarding process to produce recommendations for an aligned onboarding approach

Essential Experience

• Experience in service management and service delivery
• Experience in identifying service improvements alongside the development of improvement strategies
