Job Title: Purchase Ledger Manager

We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Manager, this role is working for a well-established and reputable organisation based in the Warwick area on an initial 6-month basis.

You will be:

• Managing, supporting, and developing the Purchase Ledger Team
• Planning, allocating, and supporting the daily/weekly/monthly workloads amongst the PL Team in accordance with finance deadlines.
• Ensuring purchase invoices and expenses are coded and checked and well as entered correctly onto the system
• Ensuring supplier statements are dealt with correctly, from allocation to reconciliation
• Ensuring supplier invoices and expenses are correctly paid on a timely basis and in line with the Financial Authority Policies
• Supporting the Group Accountant

The ideal candidate will:

• Be qualified or possess significant relevant experience
• Be able to work well under pressure and have strong organisation skills
• Be able to identify and implement robust solutions as well as process enhancements
• Have sound financial and commercial business acumen
