Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for Programme & Planning Officer on a Permanent at our Ealing Broadway office.
A bit about the role:
As a Programme & Planning Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling projects against allocation and budgetary targets as well as taking ownership to identify, design, develop and maintain Asset Management data and systems.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Monitoring and controlling project progress against allocation and budgetary targets by maintaining project records, processing of certificates & invoices, etc
Administering and developing the organisation’s Asset Management data for Stock Condition, Asbestos, Energy Management, and other requisite datasets.
Preparing reports on project performance and ensuring that Project Managers are aware of progress against targets.
Working proactively with key internal customers (e.g. Project Managers, Project Engineers, Housing Officers, Finance Officers) to ascertain their service needs and co-ordinate programmes to ensure delivery of these
Establishing and cultivating good working relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure smooth operation of the department while complying with business plan objectives.
A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Ealing Broadway office is required
