This role:

The role of a Resales Consultants involves the following key responsibilities:

• Manage resales conveyancing process from offer accepted to completion
• Hit monthly exchange target
• Provide regular customer updates, guiding them through the conveyancing process
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the shared ownership resales process to customers
• Liaise with Solicitors, IFA?s, Surveyors, Chains to ensure a smooth transaction
• Work with third-party clients to build and develop client relationships
• Ensure all customer contact is logged, maintaining accurate records using Salesforce
• Effectively manage a pipeline of c. 40 properties and report to the manager on progress

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience and good knowledge of the resales process and shared ownership product
• Proven experience in hitting sales targets
• Proven experience in sales progression/conveyancing progression
• Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and handling challenging customer situations
• Practical knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and to extremely tight deadlines.
• Educated to GCSE level C (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong communication skills
