A brand new hybrid role for a Project Account Manager has been created due to on going growth.
As the Project Account Manager, you will report into the Sales Director and manage an existing client portfolio valued between £850K-£1million, these clients are mainly agencies.  You will use your knowledge of Large Format graphics and exhibition manufacturing to provide world class customer service, upsell additional services and ensure projects are not only delivered on time but to budget too.
To be suitable for this role, you must have extensive client facing account and project management experience including conducting site surveys and managing costs to budget and within the Large Format graphics industry.
An immediate start is available for the right person.
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Liaising and scheduling with the Sales, Studio and Production teams
- Overseeing the process of the production of Large Format Graphics and Signage
- Managing and maximising opportunities to maintain / improve margin
- Quote all client jobs, setting the expected margin/profit, manage the delivery of the margin/profit and send the final quote for invoicing on completion.
- Manage all timescales, ensuring the client is fully briefed on progress with status reports and ensuring any SLA's are met.
- Attend and manage any site installations where the Account Manager’s presence is deemed appropriate, complete RAMS and conduct any preliminary site surveys where necessary.
- Oversee the job sheet process to ensure all specification detail is correct and that all departments are briefed and clear on expectations
- Following the progress of jobs through production to collation.

- Have a full driving license and your own vehicle
- Be articulate with clear communication skills
- Have experience in site surveys, managing projects to budget
- Be confident client facing
