Are you a skilled administrator with experience in managing projects within a local authority setting? We are currently seeking a Temporary Project Administrator to join our team for an initial duration of 3 months, with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the transfer of applications from one system to another with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth and efficient data migration.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure integrity and completeness of transferred data.
- Provide administrative support to the project team as required, including documentation, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the data transfer process and escalate as necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority environment.
- Proficiency with Northgate software is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Prior experience with data migration projects is desirable but not essential.
