Job description

Are you an experienced administrator with ambitions to complete a varied body of work as part of a thriving, multi-disciplinary business?

Are you used to working in a busy environment alongside colleagues from different disciplines?

Do you want to work for a company that prioritises its people and culture?

Pick Everard are looking to employ a Project Administrator to assist our busy Project Management team at our central Birmingham office.

You will play a key role as part of a growing business in supporting our growth and continued successes as a leading, national construction consultancy.

Our Birmingham office is growing, but remains a tight knit, collaborative team who will be able to provide a supportive presence and warm welcome to the successful applicant.

  • Assistance with report writing
  • Assistance with management of meetings
  • Management of the office supplies
  • Management of the office access system
  • General project and office assistance as required

Request

As an important part of the team at our Birmingham office, you will be able to multi-task and think on your feet to ensure the success of specific tasks within the Project Management team, as well as other tasks within the wider office.

Key Requirements

  • Confident in and experience of administration, note taking, minute taking, booking appointments, diary management etc.
  • Proactive
  • Able to communicate confidently in person, on the phone and via email/in writing
  • A general understanding or awareness of Project Management within a consultancy would be of benefit
  • Minimum of grade C/4  in English and Mathematics
  • Achievement of a university degree is desirable
