We are currently seeking an interim Project Administrator, to work with our global FMCG client renowned for brands such as Pot Noodle, Knorr, Walls & Marmite, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based at the manufacturing facility in Crumlin, Newport, South Wales, the home of Pot Noodle.
This is a full-time temporary role to run for 12 months, requiring 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6 hours per day). Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to 32,000 (FTE) per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Document management using The AutoDesk Construction Cloud (training will be provided).
- Manage the Project Budget and produce weekly financial report using MS Excel.
- Manage the project action/issues log to keep schedule on plan and chase people who are late delivering actions.
- Place orders onto the UL Coupa System (Training will be provided) and then track the order has been received on time and the invoice has been closed out.
- Manage small work packages independently these could range from office stationery to ordering IT equipment.
- Arranging travel bookings and travel profiles for site personnel using UL system (training will be provided)
- Developing consistent strategy/procedure for use and management of all
- Responsible for site communication e.g. updating of notice boards, team briefs, site portal etc.
- Organising and co-ordinating large events/meetings.
