We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work on an IT project for one of our NHS clients based in Leeds. The role is working full time hours, Mon-Fri with the right candidate starting ASAP. The rate of pay is £12.25 per hour and the duration of the role is initially 3-4 months.
The main duties will reverberate around providing coordination support on a particular project. This will involve:
- Planning rotas and diaries.
- Servicing meetings, including setting up, taking notes and chasing up actions.
- Liaising with stakeholders including healthcare professionals.
- Providing detailed reports.
- Answering queries and helping resolve any issues that may arise.
- Coordinating the running of the project within specific time lines.
