This is an exciting opportunity for a PMO Administrator to join our forward-thinking Bedford-based client working alongside their dynamic and innovative Technology and Transformation team on a 12 month fixed term contract.The position offers hybrid working with a requirement for on-site work at least 3 days per week.The role will involve providing professional, customer-focused service to their people and leaders, helping them with their project management queries and requirements and ensuring that the deliverables of the transformation programme are met. You will also coordinate and consolidate the programme plans, activities, risks and issues, and provide an overall view of the programme progress and status.You will have a good understanding of project management principles and practices and the ability to assist project managers with various tasks.
- Experience of using Prince 2 methodology and Microsoft project
- A fantastic eye for detail and a customer-centric mindset
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A curious mindset and a passion for transformation programmes
- The willingness to challenge yourself and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
