SalaryOur team is growing, and we re now hiring for a Project Administrator. Join our team at All Seasons Energy, part of the Aira family and help customers on low incomes reduce their bills.
WHAT YOU LL BE DOING AS A PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR AT ALL SEASONS ENERGY
Manage multiple customer projects at any one time ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Coordination of installers, contractors, customers, materials, and information for all projects
Ensure that all projects run smoothly, moving from one stage to another in a timely manner dealing with any issues which occur
Create all stakeholder schedules
Gather all requirements in an organised manner
Monitor progress on a day-by-day basis, of each project
Compose and distribute project status reports
Liaise daily with internal and external stakeholders
Helping with customer questions and interactions during projects
SKILLS NEEDED AS A PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR AT ALL SEASONS ENERGY
Ability to manage multiple work streams with proven organisational/planning skills
Ability to manage/prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Self-starter able to work independently and under pressure
Confident in learning new systems
Good practical skills and approach to problem solving
Attention to detail

Job Type: Part time, Permanent, office based (possibility of some hybrid working)
Monday Friday (25 hours)
Salary GBP23,800 per annum pro rata
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
