The successful Temporary Events/Project Manager will ideally have a background in event management, co-ordination coupled with strong administrative skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for successfully delivering programmes
- Working in a small team to ensure the smooth delivery of 2 annual events
- Being the main point of contact for all stakeholders and clients
- Possessing first class communication skills
- Providing strong administrative back up to the team
Ideally you will have:
- Strong sense of responsibility to ensure successful project completion
- Attention to detail and VERY organised
- Flexible and able to prioritise
- Team worker
- Proactive and solution led
- Good manners and excellent comms skills both f2f, on the phone, via email.
- Willingness to help and support team to achieve success.
- IT savvy (proficient at Outlook and Microsoft suite)
- Experience with running events (online and in person)
