Leading international engineering company is currently seeking a Project Administrator to join their team. This is a 12-month contract opportunity working in the Waterbeach area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and records
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Handle project-related correspondence and communication
- Monitor and track project activities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Assist with the preparation of project reports and presentations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks and support the overall project administration
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in administration, preferably within an engineering environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
