You will play a key role into programming tasks for the Fitters out on site, ensuring they have the required information. You will have direct contact with our customers’ and be responsible for the organisation of their Installation requirements. You will have involvement into the Sales process, providing a great level of customer service. The role of Project & Sales Executive will play a key link between our customers journey ensuring their furniture is installed and completed on a time.

Responsibilities:
- Aiding private sales with administration & also taking on your own clients.
- Schedule all wardrobe installations with the Site Managers and our customers.
- Resolving any queries raised by the Fitters/Site.
- Administrative tasks such as filing furniture orders, requesting furniture signoffs, and maintaining the private client payment records.
- Ensure the Fitters receive their daily work schedule via email.
- Reviewing plans and updating the wardrobe matrix.
- Liaise with customer services and schedule all wardrobe maintenance requests.
- Prepare plot files for invoicing.
- Maintaining the DDL costing sheets, including making amendments upon price changes.
Experience:
- Great customer service with the ability to write professional emails.
- Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
