- Aiding private sales with administration & also taking on your own clients.
- Schedule all wardrobe installations with the Site Managers and our customers.
- Resolving any queries raised by the Fitters/Site.
- Administrative tasks such as filing furniture orders, requesting furniture signoffs, and maintaining the private client payment records.
- Ensure the Fitters receive their daily work schedule via email.
- Reviewing plans and updating the wardrobe matrix.
- Liaise with customer services and schedule all wardrobe maintenance requests.
- Prepare plot files for invoicing.
- Maintaining the DDL costing sheets, including making amendments upon price changes.
- Great customer service with the ability to write professional emails.
- Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
