The Governors, pupils, staff, and community of Saltersgate Infant School are looking to recruit a SUPER Headteacher to lead the school on the next stage of our development journey.
We are looking for an exceptional school leader who is:
- Able to provide clear and caring leadership with the ability to enthuse and bring out the best in everyone.
- Able to share and learn with parents, staff and Governors and be a pivotal part of our school and wider community.
- Is visible, inspirational, and has a collaborative approach to leadership, continuing to develop themselves and others.
- Committed, innovative and skilful in delivering continuous improvement.
- Passionate about championing inclusion and placing safeguarding at the heart of all the school’s activities.
- Passionate about children reaching their potential through consistent high-quality teaching and learning.
- Responsive to the changing needs of the context in the post-Covid world We will offer the successful candidate:
