Position:Project Architect

Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Type: Permanent

Location: South-London

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Project Architect to join our client's well-established architectural firm in South London.

The Project Architect will ideally have the following attributes:

• A degree in Architecture; ARB registered or RIBA qualified
• A minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record of working on multiple projects across a variety of sectors
• Proficiency in project leadership and providing clear directions.
• A strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Previous involvement in large-scale UK housing schemes.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must

The responsibilities of the Project Architect role include:

• Efficiently plan and organise the workflow and deadlines for the project team.
• To work directly with the Project Director on the design and development of projects
• Prepare concept design sketches and develop the design by utilising ArchiCAD and Sketch-up
• Actively participate in client meetings and conduct site visits when necessary.
• Develop and implement building designs, packages, and details while adhering to budget constraints.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Attend client project meetings to present architectural designs and reports
