Search Manchester are working with a prestigious client based in Manchester City Centre to join them as a Project Assistant within their Finance team.

What does the Project Assistant role involve?
You'll be playing a key role in helping to deliver projects and activities. You will be supporting the project team as well as working alongside the operational team, wider Finance department, and the rest of the organisation.
* Updating and maintaining project documents such as project plans, risk logs and highlight reports.
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, chasing up actions and taking minutes.
* Reviewing data and making recommendations about your findings.
* Capturing and measuring project benefits.
* Coordinating and facilitating workshops.
* Reviewing and updating documents.
* To be an advocate for continuous improvement activity within the department.
* Any other reasonable duties as may be assigned from time to time.
We would love to hear from you if you have any of the following experience:
* Experience working within a similar field
* Ability to build relationships with people and work collaboratively
* Capable of managing own workloads
* Proficient in Word and Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
