We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our clients expanding projects team. The Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Project Coordinator in managing and coordinating projects across multiple sites throughout the UK and would have possibly possess previous experience supporting projects within a built environment.

Responsibilities of a Project Assistant:
Support Project Planning and Coordination: assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple sites.
Support the project coordinator in project activities and organising resources
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
Site Management:
Coordinate site-specific requirements, such as permits, equipment, and supplies.
Collaborate with site managers to address site-specific challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
Arrange and coordinate access to buildings and project sites for team members, contractors, and other engineers.
Liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth access and adherence to project timelines
Facilitate regular project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in identifying and securing contractors for various project tasks.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of contractor agreements, invoices, and material orders.
Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between project team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to project logistics and organisation.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the Project Coordinator, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining project files.
Qualifications/Skills
Previous experience in project coordination/administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Candidates would ideally possess a background in any of the following energy management, HVAC, building services, building management, intelligent buildings, electrical, or electronic.
