Salary: £25,000-£29,000

Location: Brighouse- Free Parking on-site

Hours: 40 hours per week (between 8:00-18:00) Pick the hours that suit you best!

Office Angels are supporting one of the largest privately owned security company based in Brighouse with parking on-site. The are looking for a Project Administrator/Contracts Administrator to come and join one of the UK's fastest growing businesses!

Key Duties:

• General Office Administration
• Production of marked up CAD drawings- Please note training with be provided.
• Production of Operation and Maintenance ("O&M") manuals as required.
• Raising applications and invoices
• Experience with Computed Aided Design
• Assisting Project Managers to develop work programs
• Building relationships with customers
• Updating all internal systems with correct information
• Be the first point of contact for residents, building a relationship and updating them on the process

Experience:

• Working within an office-based administration role.
• Working in a customer focused environment.
• Good IT skills with MS office package (Word, Excel)
