Project Change Ot Manager

We are hiring a part-time Project Change Manager in Kent, offering a daily rate of £400-£450 based on experience. This remote role involves ad-hoc visits to council sites.
The selected candidate will lead the project to update Adult Social Care forms and configuration in the Mosaic recording system. They will connect Children and Adult Systems with Business & Intelligence teams, ensuring smooth communication within Adult Services.
