A good organiser with a keen eye for detail the appointed Junior Project Manager will work alongside Programme and Project Managers on multiple internal projects, appropriately liaising with internal departments, to ensure the administrative side of projects are running smoothly. * Upload project cost estimates for initial project feasibility onto MS Project
* Manage the admin for multiple full project life cycle of projects
* Support Project Managers to deliver successful projects on-time and on-budget
* Prompt and efficient administration of project tasks. Deliver clear visual workflow of tasks to be completed and communicate progress with team
* Take notes in project meetings, gate reviews and design reviews
* Internal project champion. Facilitate better communication between departments and liaise with individual departments to ensure adherence to project timescales

* A minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a projects role
* Ability to organise and plan. Well organised with a keen eye for detail
* Familiarity with Microsoft Project
