Project Coordinator (Hybrid) Pertemps have a new and fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our successful client on a full-time permanent basis based in Burton Upon Trent. You will support project delivery and coordinate the end-to-end management of a project delivery. Main duties: Scheduling of orders and deliveries
Order processing
Provision of quotations
Report creation/generation from recorded data
The Recording of deliveries, communication to clients.
Administration Support to the external Account Managers to assist with account management/reports/documents.
Maintaining CRM Data
PO creation
Maintain all data bases with product, location application.
Working with internal and external sales staff once large projects have been won.
Work closely with customers to achieve a project delivery plan.
Work with service and after sales team to ensure that commissioning and warranty works are complete before project hand over.
Prince qualification not essential but company will provide support to obtain this.
Skills required: Have competent knowledge of Navision/SAP
Attention to detail and accurately input data onto the system.
Can do attitude.
Positive approach
SAP experience
Experience in project coordination
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Microsoft suits of products (excel, teams, outlook)
CRM or similar
In Return:Fantastic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 depending in experience.
Working Monday – Thursday 8:30am-5.00pm
Friday 8.00am -4:30pm
Optional- hybrid working after 6 months of office training. 2 days working from home and 3 days working in the office.
