Position: Project Coordinator
Contract: 
18 months fixed term
Hours: Full-time (35 hours a week)
Location: Office-based in one of our national offices (London N4, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast) with flexibility to work remotely
Salary: £31,219 - £33,256 per annum plus excellent benefits
Salary Band: Band E1

About this job 

Our organisation is evolving, and we’re excited to be transforming the services we provide and in doing so diversifying and building our portfolio of service innovation projects. Supporting our Service Innovation Lead and wider team our project co-ordinator will be crucial in assisting us to achieve this.

The role will involve coordinating and delivering several service related projects via a test and learn model, whilst being aligned with our service transformation project.  You will provide high quality, proactive and efficient support and maintain appropriate systems and processes to support the effective delivery of the projects.

The role will be supporting service colleagues from across the UK, working closely with them to develop strong relationships to help successfully inspire and deliver a diverse and robust portfolio of service innovation projects. Using your project coordination skills you will lead some projects and be available to support the project leads in others. 

Experience of supporting a diverse range of people including volunteers, and projects simultaneously, proven planning and project management experience to control effective use of resources and experience of working alongside end-users in the coproduction of services or activities are essential.
