The Role:??
Our Client Co-op Group is looking for Framework Project Co-Ordinator colleague to join within the team with accountability to define, plan, direct and deliver small to medium projects that satisfy both customer and business requirements and assist in larger projects as part of a wider project team.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
    Contribute fully to developing business cases, including managing the benefit analysis of the projects, to support decisions on whether to proceed with projects.Produce project documentation, e.g. Project Initiation, Project Definition project closure to an agreed standard. Produce project and testing plans that meet both cost, time, and business constraints to ensure appropriate and timely outcomes delivered.Participate in and / or lead the development and maintenance of coherent, project budgets and work breakdown structures that will deliver and implement to customer and business needs, ensuring that these plans are consistent and compatible with all procedures, policies and that specific deadlines and milestones are agreed and communicated to all those affected.Defining resource requirements to ensure that staff of the required capability are available to facilitate the effective utilisation of resources across different projects.Build working relationships with customers, functional groups and other stakeholders involved in project delivery to facilitate the effective management of projects to support the swift and effective resolution of issues, and to maintain an awareness in both parties of priorities and objectives, risks, and issues.

Desirable Skills:
    Experience of running elements or work stream of a larger project.Able to identify, assess, analyse, and manage risk.Experienced in the tools and techniques of project management.Able to operate project reporting systems and interpret the management information produced.Ability to motivate small teams in a project context.Familiar with, and can apply, a range of interpersonal and communication skills both internal and external to the company.Confident and assured in situations involving customers, sub-contractors, and partners.Knowledge of relevant processes and procedures.
