Here at Havebury Housing, we have a brand new role available as a Project Co-ordinator within our strategic property team. You will be a key member of the team to support our customers through our proactive damp and mould process. You'll take the lead on customer communication within the team, work with our customers to develop trust by building and maintaining relationships who are in the process or affected by Damp and mould.
Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
- Create and deliver suitable communication and engagement strategies for our damp and mould process to ensure communication is proactive and effective
- Lead on day to day communications with residents & contractors that are affected by damp and mould works, surveys and historic works
- Monitor damp and mould improvement works, manage customer communication and ensuring "no access" properties are proactively managed
- To take the lead in the development and ongoing management of any decant customers arising from damp and mould works/communication
- To assist with identifying vulnerable residents and ensuring information is shared internally with our independent living team, supported team and/or "Something's not right"
- Assist in managing communication with our contractors' completing works on our behalf to ensure resident's are kept up to date with our programme of works
- Managing and scheduling our surveyors/technicians' diaries to ensure all Stage 1 surveys are completed within the required timeframes and follow on works are booked in accordingly
We are looking for someone who has...
- Experience of delivering an excellent customer service that achieves value for money
- Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong inter-personal skills, including the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Experience of using House Management and Customer Relation management systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
