Project Co-ordinator - Facilities Management - Stevenage - £40k Plus excellent benefits.
This company, a world leading player in the Facilities Management sector, is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of Capital Projects on the site of their global pharmaceutical client in Stevenage. This is a superb opportunity for a committed and dynamic Project professional who can demonstrate an ability to drive through Capital Projects co-ordinating all necessary resource, communicating plans and timelines to all stakeholders, operating in a fast paced and challenging environment.

Role Responsibilities:
- You will co-ordinate and agree Plant & equipment shutdowns, Plant & equipment isolations.
- Advise on maintenance resource requirements resulting from the Project in consultation with the Product Stream/Business Area
- Ensure an effective partial handover to the Product Stream/Business Area
- To participate and contribute in pre-construction reviews e.g. Health and Safety, HOP, design approval as per Project delivery requirement
- Maintain regular communication with the Product Stream/Business Area Engineering personnel across all disciplines: Project Schedule, Suspension of existing routines, Plant layout changes/implications, Accessibility including lifting, removal or replacement of equipment, Assess Critical Spares and liaise with Engineering operations Team.
- Determine staff training requirements to enable maintenance of new equipment/plant or installations.
- Manage and lead the establishment of maintenance life plans for all plant and equipment and ensure that they are incorporated into the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Ensure O&M's documentation and drawings are provided across disciplines within Product Stream/Business Area
- Provide information to enable Engineering site operations team to initiate new or extended Service Contracts
The successful candidate:
- Engineering skills including knowledge of Project delivery processes.
- Previous experience in a Project Co-ordinator role within Building Services/Facilities Management.
- Good Communicator with organisational and persuasion skills
- Accurate with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines
- Works well in a team
- This role will be based at Stevenage and some travel may be required from time to time to our other sites.
